Some handmade cards I received...

Hello, I had been waiting for one last b'day card to arrive from Europe before posting this, but it seems that with our strike it has gotten lost in the shuffle;I just wanted to share some of the handmade cards I received for my special day....

This one is from a darling blogging friend of mine from Scotland, Lynne...Isn't this gorgeous ? Can you believe she stamped and colored that image ? It is a small wall hanging. Lynne is a fabulous artist who does Vintage so wonderfully; she is an inspiration to me both as an artist and as a person. She also spoiled me rotten with all sorts of goodies, all packaged with so much care and love....she is so generous, in all senses of the word...

The following card is from Sue Lelli; I saw a post of hers that had one of the most beautiful cards I had ever seen and I made a joking comment saying it was my birthday next month....and she made me this card...isn't that so sweet ? The card has so many wonderful elements to it and an embossed white doily
that is to die for ....

The following is from my sister in law , who is a fabulous artist...isn't this so cool...how imaginative and patient of her to doodle all of this....I am in awe !!!

This is from Elisa, my best friend of 37 years....She bought it from a woman in Vermont who owns a sheep farm, and makes all these great cards from her wool...isn't this amazing ....

And this one is not handmade, but it is from Richard, my soul mate...he always buys me incredible cards and  writes me touching, loving , heart beating messages inside...no, you wont see that part LOL...

more to come....

It is me your long lost friend from Scotland, sorry for neglecting you but I will be chatting with you soon :)
You are so lovely sharing my humble hanging. It is a pure delight to have your friendship as you have helped me out in so many ways and you are so giving with your support and encouragement.
Loving your handmade gifts from all those talented people in your life. Richard's card may not be handmade but to select such a beautiful card tells me that he is an artist.
I know you deserve this outpouring of kindness from people because they care for you.
    Wishes
    Lynne
