Fleurs Fraîches pour le Mur...

Hi, this tiny vase is meant to be worn on your clothes with a fresh flower inserted into it; since I have not worn it for many years, I decided to alter it into a wall hanging. It is 7 x 11 inches....

Just undo the knot (velvet ribbon) pour fresh water, insert a few stems ( this is Anemone September Charm for you gardeners out there; beautiful and  floriferous, but spreads a good 4 x 4 feet).

Stamped and cut out a locket and a key, stamped ribbon several times with the key, border punched the sides with MS double loop punch; added lace and a flower....et Voila !!!

Posting to Flying Unicorn; use stamp in 2 or more ways...
And http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/,,,,,because its pink !!!

  2. I love your interpretation of the pin vase. I have one from the 40's. It is a red plastic longneck vase pin. I have made several, but none as sweet as yours

    Thx for sharing

Love the addition of the stamping on ribbon, you know this is a firm favourite of mine.
