Vintage Fashion...

is the challenge over at the Sugar Creek Hollow ....I am entering this week to support my blogging friend
Heather,  from My artistic Adventures, who  is now on the DT...Woohoo!!!

And over at the Artful Times Challenge it is ribbon and lace...

I saw a lot of female fashion as examples, all gorgeous, but with Father's Day coming up, and with a certain image in mind I went for a masculine card. When  I saw this image from June at the Olde Curiosity Shop, I knew right away I wanted to use him; doesn't he look devilish with a twinkle in his eyes....

Ripped the sides, inked, rippled; made a frame with MS triple loop punch, sprayed with coffee shop and aquamarine,  applied scraps of vintage fabric, lace and buttons.

applied to paper, then fabric. Made a watch with a Prima chipboard and a belt buckle

added a ribbon and some beads to the side....

I am really happy with the outcome.....

Thanks for peeking and why don't you come join the challenges !!! Hugs G.
