I just had to share this easy and inexpensive way to add texture to a canvas , or paper.
Use a 3 to 1 ratio of gesso and baking soda, spread on canvas, heat till it bubbles....let cool, then stamp ...
I painted lots of layers using micas and acrylic paints...I used 1 main stamp as the focal image, and parts of other stamps for the outsides...I kept the rest simple since I felt this was very busy and it is for hubby, who finds I put way too much on my stuff LOL...
